The Personal Coaches at Sharp Physiques use
their extensive knowledge of diet and exercise
to help you lose weight, add muscle, and
increase your cardiovascular conditioning.
Whether you are trying to lose excess body fat,
gain muscle, or do both at the same time, our
trainers are equipped to guide you in your quest
for better fitness. Commit to yourself (and us)
for at least one month, and we know you will be
well on your way to looking and feeling the best
you ever have.
Your program involves the following facets
1. Initial Consultation
You will meet with a Sharp Physiques Coach (SPC)
who will implement your initial assessment to
determine your current body weight, body fat
percentage, activity level, and nutrition
intake.
2. Structure and Program Implementation
Your Sharp Physiques Coach will analyze your
current status and determine the best course of
action for getting you into the best shape of
your life.

The Workout
We encourage you to take full advantage of the
time you spend with us because in the end much
of your success will be determined by your
commitment to yourself. Your SPC will take you
through a one-hour workout as many as five days
a week. Your workout will generally consist of a
weight training/resistance component as well as
cardiovascular component. Occasionally the
cardiovascular component will be completed in
conjunction with the weight/resistance routine.
Other times, your SPC will take you through a
30-40 minute resistance routine and then create
a strictly cardiovascular component for you to
complete on your own within our facility. Your
entire time in the gym will be right around one
hour. Depending on scheduling availability, you
may have one or two additional SP clients join
you during your workout time.
4. Nutrition
Yes, you do actually get to eat during your
program. In fact, starving yourself during the
program is strictly forbidden. The human body
maximizes caloric intake when you eat
well-balanced, nutritious meals at regular
intervals. The great thing about the program is
that it actually includes your meals for three
months. That means you don’t have to worry about
shopping for groceries or learning to cook new
recipes. All you have to do is operate a
microwave! Twice a week you order four days
worth of delicious food from our online menu via
phone, fax, or in person and pick it up at our
facility the following day. It is that simple.
If you can order off a menu, then you can
succeed at this diet!
5. Ongoing Consultation
In order to make sure that you are gaining the
most benefit from your program, you will have
follow-up consultations with your SPC throughout
your program. You can generally expect the
follow-up consultations to be anywhere from two
to four weeks apart.
6. The End Result
There is really never an end to your program.
Our hope is that the time you spend with us will
help you develop a way of life that will prolong
and dramatically improve your life. We are
extremely confident that if you stick to your
program you will be very happy with the results
you achieve. Some clients find that continuing
on with their SPC helps them to maintain the
focus (and commitment) to bettering their life.
Even the coaches at SP know that sometimes it is
tough to remain inspired to stick to a workout
and diet regimen. That is why we will always be
available to help you if you need it.

A LA CARTE
Sharp Physiques also offers “Your Program Lite”
personal coaching sessions as well as smaller
packages of 10, 16, and 20 sessions. “Your
Program Lite” is a one-month program that gets
you off on the right foot. It includes all of
the facets of “Your Program” but at a reduced
cost and timeframe. If you are hesitant about
committing for the entire 3 months, give one of
our other programs a try. They are all a great
value, and you can certainly achieve the
benefits of the full program if you put your
mind to it. Keep in mind that most people are
just beginning to notice the benefits of our
program within the first 2 to 4 weeks.
Continuing on past the first month is what will
really make you maximize your gains.
